Thompson Mountain Sportsmen Association offers facilities for shooters who are not club members. Non members may purchase "Day Cards" which allow them access to our Public Range. The Public Range  offers a covered shooting area as well as tables and benches. Range 5 is located near the entrance to the range at the Sign-In Shed. On this range, Day Cards may shoot handgun, shotgun or rifle - there are no resrictions on calibre. Although we have some targets available for sale, at this point in time, shooters are expected to bring their own targets or clay pigeons. However, all targets must be approved by the Range Warden. Reactive targets are specifically not allowed, so please leave your steel at home. Day Cards are expected to follow the range rules and procedures, so please take a look at our rulebook and additions before coming up to our range. For liability reasons, they must also be prepared to provide their PAL/POL, registration certificates, ATT's and valid ID.

• Daycard rates are $30 per person, $5 for Children 16 and under. We can only accept Cash for day cards. Renewals and new memberships can be paid by cheque at the range.
• Before coming up as a Daycard, please make sure that our facilities are open. We are normally closed on Tuesday and Wednesday, and our hours of operation can be found on elsewhere on our site. Also, please check our regularly updated list of range closures visible on the TMSA homepage.
